By the end of the day my car was dying. No more AC, no more windsheild washer, and no more cruise control.
The praries suck.

- I am a graduate from Guelph-Humber University, in Toronto, Ontario. I grew up in the small town of Tamworth, Ontario, with a population of about 500. I have lived in Ojibway Provincial Park / Sioux Lookout, Ontario; Quetico Provincial Park, Ontario, Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Toronto (and the GTA), Ontario, and many places in between. Upon graduating into a ghostly occupation that has been beaten hard by the recession, I began applying to every journalism job available in Toronto ... and then in the GTA ... and then in Ontario ... until eventually, I began applying to jobs all over Canada. Finally, I found my first reporting employment, in La Crete, Alberta, writing for The Northern Pioneer. After a year and a half, I decided to expand my portfolio by moving to Bonnyville, Alberta, which is about 12 hours southeast of La Crete. My adventures have been, and will continue to be, dcumented on my blog as I go.
